01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and 8bett ("8bett," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://8bett.net and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 8bett Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8bett Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 8bett's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 8bett. These policies are available on the 8bett website.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of 8bett's betting, casino, and gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 8bett takes its age restriction obligations seriously and will verify user age as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process.

Any person who registers or attempts to register a 8bett account while under the age of 21 will have their account immediately terminated. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited in full. 8bett will take all reasonable steps to report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each User to verify that accessing and using the 8bett Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 8bett makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific country. 2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an 8bett account, you must:

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered 8bett account. If 8bett identifies that a User holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different details — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided and promotional winnings forfeited pending investigation. Users found to have deliberately created multiple accounts to exploit promotions will be permanently banned from the 8bett Platform.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bett login credentials, including your username and password. 8bett will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify 8bett support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.

8bett accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or failed to notify 8bett promptly of a suspected breach.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

8bett is required to verify the identity of its Users as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to provide documentation including — but not limited to — a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or during routine compliance reviews.

3.3 Account Closure

8bett reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is attempting to manipulate games or markets, or presents an unacceptable compliance risk. In such cases, 8bett will communicate its decision and the reasons therefor to the extent permitted by applicable law.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

8bett accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 8bett account immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

8bett does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits sourced from unverifiable third parties may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of 8bett's KYC verification process. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally fastest, while bank transfers and mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically process within one to three business days following approval.

8bett reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the 8bett account Wallet section and may be updated periodically. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once processing has commenced.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, and transactions on 8bett are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistani Users. Any applicable currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the User where transactions involve non-PKR payment instruments.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers made available by 8bett are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, as communicated at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all 8bett promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 8bett account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each individual offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any applicable time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

8bett reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are not available to professional bettors, arbitrage bettors, or Users whose betting patterns indicate systematic exploitation of promotional offers. 8bett may withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus from an account where abuse is suspected, and may permanently exclude such accounts from future promotional eligibility.

5.4 Game Contributions

Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers, slot games, live casino bets, and other game types may each carry a distinct contribution rate. Contribution rates applicable to each promotional offer are published in the specific offer terms. Voided, cancelled, or refunded bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

8bett reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed when 8bett issues a bet confirmation reference. Placing a bet on the 8bett Platform constitutes your acceptance of the specific rules applicable to that betting market or event.

6.2 Errors & Palpable Errors

In the event that an obvious error ("palpable error") occurs in the publication of odds, lines, or market information — including but not limited to system errors, human error, or data feed malfunction — 8bett reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to users. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds are not eligible for settlement at those odds under any circumstances.

6.3 PSL, Cricket & Live Betting

Cricket betting — including PSL markets, Test matches, ODIs, and T20 Internationals featuring Pakistan — is subject to 8bett's dedicated cricket betting rules, available separately on the Platform. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis and may be suspended at any time without notice. Live bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event or outcome will be voided. 8bett's settlement of live bets is based on official match data and may be subject to a short delay pending data verification.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets on 8bett. These limits are published for individual sports and market types and are subject to change. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the published maximum will be accepted at the maximum payout amount, not the theoretical winning amount.

07 Casino & Games

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games offered on the 8bett Platform — including slots, table games, and virtual games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any external factors, including betting patterns, deposit history, or previous game results. Certification of RNG fairness is maintained as a condition of 8bett's gaming license.

7.2 Live Casino

8bett's live casino section features real dealers operating from licensed studios. Live casino games are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or spin in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection protocol. 8bett accepts no liability for losses resulting from your own internet or device failures.

7.3 Game Availability

The availability of games on 8bett may vary from time to time due to licensing, regulatory, or technical reasons. 8bett reserves the right to withdraw any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. No compensation is payable for the withdrawal of any game.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8bett Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors across markets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the 8bett Platform;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Registering a false identity or providing knowingly inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures, deposit limits, or other responsible gaming controls.

09 Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests — whether for a fixed period or permanently — are processed by 8bett support immediately upon receipt. 10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the 8bett Platform without express prior written consent from 8bett. Any unauthorized use of 8bett intellectual property may be subject to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8bett shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 8bett has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8bett's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits to your 8bett account in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8bett does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, government-ordered service restrictions, or force majeure events.

12 Privacy & Data

8bett collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the 8bett Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. 8bett takes the protection of personal data seriously and implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data held.

Your data may be shared with regulated third parties — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and gaming regulators — where necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or fulfill our responsible gaming commitments. 8bett will not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

13 Amendments to These Terms

8bett reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 8bett Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8bett holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 8bett's internal complaint resolution process.
